Anything Exterior LLC ("we," "us," "our") provides lawn care, pressure washing, landscaping, hardscaping, and deck-building services in the Augusta, GA area, including Evans, Grovetown, and Martinez. This policy explains what information we collect through anythingexterior.com and our advertising, and how we use it.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including:
- Contact information — name, phone number, email address, and property address, when you request a free estimate, fill out our booking form, or submit a lead form through our advertising.
- Photos — if you use our AI Property Preview tool, the photo you upload and any description you type are sent to our AI providers to generate a preview image (see "How We Use AI Tools" below).
- Website usage data — standard analytics and advertising data (such as pages visited and ad interactions) collected automatically through tools like the Meta Pixel, described below.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide a free estimate or quote.
- To schedule and coordinate service on your property.
- To send you appointment or estimate updates by phone, text, or email.
- To measure and improve our advertising, so we can show relevant ads to people likely to be interested in our services.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
How We Use AI Tools
Our AI Property Preview tool lets you upload a photo of your property and see an AI-generated preview of a requested service. To do this:
- Your uploaded photo and service request are sent to Google's Gemini API to generate the preview image.
- If you use the chat feature to describe what you want, your messages are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to interpret your request.
- If you choose to send a generated preview to us, your name, phone number, and the preview images are sent to Todd via Twilio (text message) so he can follow up about your estimate.
Photos and messages sent to these providers are used only to generate your preview and are handled under each provider's own data-processing terms; we don't use your uploaded photos for advertising or share them with anyone besides these processing services and, if you request it, Todd directly.
Advertising & Analytics
We use the Meta Pixel on our website to understand how visitors interact with our site and to measure the performance of our Facebook and Instagram advertising. This may involve Meta collecting information about your visit through cookies or similar technologies, in accordance with Meta's own privacy policy. If you submit a lead form through Facebook or Instagram, the information you provide there (such as name, phone, and address) is shared with us to follow up on your request.
Booking & Scheduling
If you book an appointment through our online booking form, your information is processed through Jobber, our scheduling software, to manage your appointment.
Data Retention
We retain your contact information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide service, and maintain reasonable business records. Photos submitted through the AI Preview tool are used to generate your preview and are not retained for any purpose beyond delivering that preview and following up on the estimate you requested.
Your Choices
You can ask us to delete your contact information from our records, or ask what information we have on file, by reaching out using the contact information below. You can also opt out of future texts or calls at any time by telling us directly.
Children's Privacy
Our services and website are intended for adults arranging property services. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time as our services or tools change. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
