Terms of Service
These terms apply to anythingexterior.com, our Instant Quote and AI Property Preview tools, our booking forms, and our private business app at app.anythingexterior.com (together, the "Services"), provided by Anything Exterior LLC ("we," "us," "our") in the Augusta, GA area. By using the Services you agree to these terms.
Quotes and Prices
Prices shown by our Instant Quote, our AI Property Preview, or given at your door are estimates based on the information available at the time, such as satellite measurements or what we could see on site. The final price is confirmed by us before any work starts. If the job turns out to be different from what was quoted (for example, a larger area or heavier buildup than expected), we will tell you and agree on any change with you first.
Scheduling and Access
When you book an estimate or a job, we will do our best to arrive in the time window we give you. Weather and safety can move a visit; if that happens we will contact you to reschedule. You agree to give us reasonable access to the areas being serviced, to keep pets secured, and to tell us about anything we should know before we start, such as sprinkler heads, buried lines, or fragile surfaces. If you need to cancel or move a visit, please let us know as soon as you can.
Payment
Payment terms are listed on your quote or invoice. Recurring services such as lawn mowing are billed per visit unless your quote says otherwise.
Photos of Our Work
We may take photos or video of the areas we work on and use them to show our work on our website and social media, including our Google Business Profile. We do not post your name, your house number, or other personal details with them. If you would rather we not use photos of your property, tell us and we will not.
Texts and Calls
If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your quote, appointments and service. Message and data rates may apply. You can tell us to stop at any time by replying STOP or letting us know directly.
Our Business App
The app at app.anythingexterior.com is for Anything Exterior's owner and staff only. Access is personal and may not be shared. When the app is connected to our Google Business Profile, it uses that access only to publish updates about our work and read customer reviews, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Website Tools
Our online tools are provided as is, for your personal use in getting a quote or preview. Please do not misuse them, for example by sending automated requests or uploading photos you do not have the right to share. AI generated previews are illustrations of a possible result, not a guarantee of how the finished work will look.
Liability
Anything Exterior LLC is licensed and insured. We take care with every property. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for issues we could not reasonably have known about, such as hidden damage, unmarked underground lines, or problems that existed before we arrived. Please tell us about any concern about our work within a few days so we can look at it and make it right.
Changes and Governing Law
We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
